Michael Golemi
Head BJJ Instructor

Michael began training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in 2014, and what began as a hobby quickly became an obsession. He has been instructing kids since 2017 and adults since 2018. Michael also served four years in the Marine Corps where his love of martial arts and training grew stronger. After ending his active service in the Marine Corps, Michael sought a place where he could continue to train with like-minded people. As an instructor, Michael truly loves watching his students grow in skill, dignity, and confidence. He is passionate about sharing the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with people of all ages and skill levels, but finds the most joy in helping people develop beyond what they thought possible.

His skill in these disciplines has served as a means of ensuring his survival, as well as a way to ensure the safety and well-being of those he serves. James’ practical approach to jiu jitsu, his commitment to effective technique, and his professional understanding of the art makes him an ideal instructor.

JOHN SANTOS
BJJ Instructor

John has trained since 2015 and has been a regular teacher since 2020. John has earned his living as a carpenter since 2006, and has run his own carpentry business since 2015. John is a remarkable example of how jiu jitsu training can help a person through the various trials we face in daily life. This is an aspect of jiu jitsu that he is eager to instill in his students. Though he is a highly skilled jiu jitsu practitioner, it is his humility, patience, and overwhelming concern for others that set him apart as an instructor. You will not find a more caring coach.
